Palmyra, Pa - A man arrested after he entered a girls' bathroom at Hershey Middle School during an evening concert is a former FBI agent, according to court documents. Police said Ryan Seese, 36, was arrested for a similar incident inside a women's bathroom at the University of Arizona in 2007. According to court documents, Seese "was caught masturbating in a women's restroom." "Seese left the employ of the FBI and subsequently pled guilty to a misdemeanor charge of public sexual indecency," police wrote. Dauphin County prosecutor Fran Chardo said Seese's past is "extremely disturbing." "The significant fact is not the fact that he was an FBI agent for the purposes of prosecution," Chardo said. "The significant fact is that he had done something very similar before: secreting himself in a girl's bathroom for sexual purposes." Police said Seese on May 13 went into a girls' restroom at Hershey Middle School, entered a stall, and peered over the wall to watch a 14-year-old girl. Chardo said Seese was caught on camera loitering around the area for 45 minutes until the girl went into the restroom.
