This is a conversation with TPD officer Berry and Officer Cruz Exposing there True Demeanor on that subject day. They can not dispute what they said and did and how they acted. Additionally officer Berry seemed to indicate that the Records Clerk had in fact False Reported to them. In My Strong Opinion that would be a Violation of 13-2907.1.
