Anyone who lives in Tucson knows just how tough it is to keep things clean. With the desert right outside our doors, it is impossible for the dust and dirt from being blown inside each time the door happens to open. Unfortunately, if your business looks dusty, rather than customers immediately using common sense and assuming the dust is from outside, many times they may actually consider the dust to be a shoddy cleaning job. You don’t want to give your customers the wrong impression so it is important to keep things as clean as possible.
Tough to Avoid
The dust that is carried through the air in Tucson is almost impossible to avoid getting into your home or business. In order to truly make sure that it stays outside, it would take quite a bit of work and money by implementing some sort of dust filters in the air systems. This is generally impractical, however, and most of the residents have learned to live with the dust as a part of life. It is when the out of town visitors come in that you may run into a bit of a problem.
Keep it Clean
Even out of town visitors may be able to avoid a bit of the dust. The fact is that they came to the desert to see the desert, so if a bit of dust is really offensive, there have chosen the wrong vacation spot. It is usually the dust on top of other items that have not been cleaned that presents the wrong impression. Even if you are a well-established internet company, you will have physical clients walk through the door and you want to make sure that the place is as clean as possible when they do.
Even if you never have a single customer come through your doors, you still need to maintain your office and keep it clean. Dust and dirt can lead to mechanical failures and even beyond that, a messy office can cause stress for your workers. Keep things clean as much as possible and you will avoid problems.
