4th Amendment violating "sobriety" checkpoints established at Kinney & Bopp Road in Tucson, AZ which is a street intersection that leads into peoples' neighborhoods. This is the adolescent steps towards full-blown Martial Law. "Those who would give up Essential Liberty to purchase a little Temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety." -Benjamin Franklin

This is called pro active policing. What I have to say exceeds the 500 words. To sum it up your a puzzle.
I say we gather up all people with out criminal records…. have them join the Citizens on patrol… and then destroy them from within
Thank you for doing this. Drunk driving is wrong, but sacrificing liberty for “safety” is not just wrong, but downright diabolical to my way of thinking. Government must never be granted the power it seeks, and many laws must now be taken away from the government. Yes, commies, I said TAKEN AWAY FROM THE GOVERMENT!!! Can’t grasp that concept? Go live in North Korea. God bless America and our Constitution.
Michigan Dept. of State Police v. Sitz, 496 U.S. 444 (1990).
The Supreme Court held that these checkpoints met the 4th Amendment standard of “reasonable search and seizure.”
The constitution defines the Supreme Court as the final arbiter of constitutionality, so the claims “they are unconstitutional” and “violates the 4th amendment” are just dead wrong.
Thank your local police for the checkpoints! They are taking the DUIs off the road!
Thanks for this.
I hate Americans for not electing Ron Paul. I’m hoping I’m wrong about Obama, but either way I’m on this rollercoaster and we all rise and fall TOGETHER.
You people are craaaazzy!
they have nothing better to do than waste tax payer’s money
These checkpoints are not about drunk drivers thats what they are claiming but it is about training all of us to start submiting to a police state. What will happen when they require all US citizens to carry a tattoo or some barcode to track us. Thanks for doing this.
well these checkpoints are gay, i dont really drink much so i dont care about the excuse of drunk drivers… i just hope one day most people like “justinplett” see that the goverment of the usa is not really what it seems to be!!!(if they dont already know).. but anyhow, thats good that you are actually doing something about it….
“killed by a drunk driver”
solid indication that you figure everyone’s an emotion-based illogical retard like you.
Daniel Webster:
“Good intentions will always be pleaded for every assumption of authority. It is hardly too strong to say that the Constitution was made to guard the people against the dangers of good intentions. There are men in all ages who mean to govern well, but they mean to govern. They promise to be good masters, but they mean to be masters.”
